Kent Parks Advisory Groups & Commissions

Kent Parks Commissions and Advisory Groups serve as critical community champions of the Kent Parks and Recreation system.

We need YOUR help! Are you committed to supporting your community and want to do more? Kent Parks Commissions and Advisory Groups represent concerned citizens, from across Kent, that come together once a month to advocate for the success of local and citywide park, recreation and human services for all people. This is a direct opportunity to create more access for underserved populations and improve the quality of offerings we provide.

We strive to achieve age, race, gender and geographic equity in all of our Commissions and Advisory Groups so members can reflect the demographics of our great City.

Other ways to stay engaged with Kent Parks is to give us feedback on strategic plans, park master plans and site designs and more. Visit our Engage Kent Parks platform to see how you can get involved and give us your feedback!
