Move your body and break a sweat at Kent Commons! Choose from variety of fitness classes from bench stepping to yoga and Zumba. Looking for something more on your own? Try our racquetball, basketball and pickleball courts, or our weight room.

Please note that badminton, table tennis, the weight room, and locker rooms are currently unavailable due to the Kent Commons Community Center Refresh (remodeling project).

Fitness Classes

Join us for a complete body workout to terrific music in a variety of fitness classes. Your choice of Bench Stepping, Fitness Ball, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Mixxedfit, Yoga and Boot camp or any combination will help you burn fat, build endurance and have fun while exercising.

Classes are scheduled at a variety of times, Monday – Saturday.
