Having lived in Kent for over 20 years, Toni has been active and involved in the community through a variety of volunteer and community service roles.

She has served Kent students and families as the president of the Kent School District Parent, Teacher and Student Association. Her priorities include a focus on public safety and investing in our infrastructure. She's continuing to invest in our one-of-a-kind parks system, while fighting to keep taxes low for Kent residents and businesses.

During her free time, Toni enjoys spending time with her husband Brett, and her sons Kyler and Connor. The Troutner family enjoys spending time outdoors visiting our local trails and parks. One of their favorite places to visit is Clark Lake Park to stay healthy, you can often see them running up the James Street Hill and around the East Hill. They love trying new restaurants in town and spending time checking out local businesses.
