The purpose of the Employee of the Month Award is to recognize an employee who goes above and beyond in the areas of performance, attitude, motivation and dedication, AND who exemplifies through his or her actions the City's Values of Integrity, Caring, Communication, Teamwork, Innovation, and Achievement. All benefitted employees are eligible to receive this award.

Recognition Committee Tips:

Must use specific examples of City values (integrity, caring, communication, etc.)
Give examples of your nominee going above and beyond their daily duties
Remember many committee members do not know your nominee
Please include supporting examples from your nominee's customers, if you have any
