Come and enjoy a special movie night at Kherson Park! Pack up the family and pop on down to grab a seat on the lawn for THE BOYS IN THE BOAT.

This movie night is held in partnership between the City of Kent Parks Department and the Greater Kent Historical Society, as part of Experience Historical Kent!

MOVIE WILL START AT DUSK.

Make it a full day of fun! Stop by the Kent Museum early in the day for the kick off of Experience Historical Kent, and enjoy a Historic Downtown Walking Tour! For more details, visit KentHistoricalMuseum.org/EHK.

Remember to pack a blanket to sprawl out on the lawn. Low-backed beach chairs are also welcome! Please leave high-backed chairs at home so the view of others is not obstructed. Before the movie starts, a volunteer from the ASUW Shell House will be speaking about their restoration project of the Shell House that the 1936 UW Team raced out of (and where George Pocock built the shells they raced in!).
