NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with RCW 35a.63.070, that the Kent City Council will hold a public hearing during a regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, at 7 p.m. in Kent City Hall Chambers, located at 220 Fourth Avenue North, Kent, WA 98032, to consider and adopt an ordinance amending the fire and building codes codified in Chapters 13 and 14 of the Kent City Code.

If you wish to present testimony during the public hearing, please contact the City Clerk in advance. Members of the public may submit written comments at the public hearing itself, or in advance by regular U.S. Mail to the City Clerk’s Office, 220 Fourth Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032, or by electronic mail to Cityclerk@KentWA.gov. Any written comments sent in advance must be received by no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024 in order to be considered.
