Join us at Soos Creek Botanical Garden and Heritage Center on Saturday, August 19th as we celebrate the city of Kent's 'Experience Historical Kent'. Bring your family and friends, stroll the beautiful Garden, and stop in the Heritage Center to learn more about the Scandinavian influence on the Soos Creek Plateau.

 Sons of Norway will display bunads, flags, maps, Scandinavian
family history, and a Viking Ship Float. Information on Vesterdalen
Lodge is also available.

10:30 — Free Docent Tour of Garden, meet at the welcome arch
adjacent to the parking area.

1:30 — Scandinavian Musical Troupe

For sale: heart waffles, aprons, note cards and glass balls.

Plant Sale — Browse the Plant Sale area and purchase plants
propagated at the Garden.
