Getting Started

Recycling collection service is part of garbage disposal fees and is available to Kent multifamily properties at no additional charge. Yard waste and foodwaste recycling programs are also available for an additional fee. Call the hauler that provides garbage service to your building to set up a program.

Please see Allied Waste and Waste Management's websites for information on what’s accepted by each hauler. Waste Management customers will find posters and handouts (available in several languages) that can be printed and used to promote recycling. Allied Waste customers will find additional information on what’s accepted, how to prepare materials and tips on recycling in this brochure in English and Spanish.
