Human Services Referrals
The Community Information Line 2-1-1
Information and Referral Specialists help connect people with the services that will be most appropriate to their needs from 8 am to 5 pm, weekdays. The 2-1-1 Community Information Line also operates the Bed Bank which tracks openings at various shelters for women and families.
In addition, the 2-1-1 Community Information Line offers specialized information and assistance to people with disabilities and caregivers of adults 18 years and older with an illness or disability.

Human Services staff are available to assist Kent residents with human services needs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please contact our office at (253) 856-5062 for assistance.
