For each position advertised, a job announcement is provided. The job announcement lists the nature of work; example of duties; desired knowledge, abilities, and skills; and required training and experience for the position. It is important that you review the job announcement carefully to see that you meet the minimum qualifications before completing the application. Please click on the name of job to view the announcement.
Completion of the Employment Application is required for all City job openings. It is important that you review the application carefully before submitting. An incomplete application may disqualify you. Applications will be accepted for current job openings only. If you are applying for more than one job opening, a separate application is required for each position.
Resumes and Other Attachments
We encourage applicants to attach resumes or any other information that will assist us in the review and selection process. Such information may include resumes, letters of recommendation, licenses or certificates, examples of work, etc.
Every effort will be made to notify applicants selected for an interview or test within 15 working days of the closing date. Exceptions to this may occur from time to time based on recruiting volume and the number of applicants for a recruitment. Unsuccessful applicants will also be sent notification.
