Trails for walking, jogging, and cycling are abundant in Kent.  In the valley, the Green River Trail and the Interurban Trail offer users of most abilities magnificent views of Mt. Rainier and a peaceful environment away from major traffic arterials.  Both are paved and mostly level.  Natural, less developed settings are found at Clark Lake Park on the east hill and Lake Fenwick Park on the west hill.
