Join us for a complete body workout to terrific music in a variety of fitness classes. Your choice of Bench Stepping, Fitness Ball, Jazzercise™, RIZZMIC, Piyo, Boot camp or any combination will help you burn fat, build endurance and have fun while exercising.
CLASSES are scheduled at a variety of times, Monday – Saturday.
Locker rooms & showers are available for your convenience.

Racquetball is available Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The fee is $7.00/hour. You can also check with the front desk about our racquetball punch cards, save $1.00/hour.
The Conditioning Room features Nautilus Weight Machines for a complete workout. Also available are treadmills, stair climbers, exercise bikes and a chin/dip/stomach machine. Conditioning room pass (unlimited use) $12.50 per month ($37.50 per quarter) or you can pay the daily drop in fee of $2.00.
The conditioning room is available Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Weight Room: $6.25/month or $1.00/day

Body Conditioning and Weight Training
Individual instruction on the proper use of fixed weight equipment (Nautilus), a variety of exercises for each weight station, how to develop a personal training program. A complimentary one-month pass to weight room ($12.50 value) included in class fee. One hour session by appointment only, $35. Call (253) 856-5000 today!
