Adult classes and programs are offered for those 16 years of age and older. You can find more detailed information about classes in our current program guide.
Join us for a complete body workout to terrific music in any of the following classes held at the Kent Commons during the morning, noon and evening hours. Classes include Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Jazzercise, PiYo, Pilates, Bootcamp, Yoga and Body Sculpting.
We offer a wide variety of dance classes such as; West Coast and East Coast Swing, Salsa, Waltz, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Irish Softshoe and Belly Dancing. Class days, times and prices vary.
A variety of hands on classes including Watercolor and Drawing. We also offer one-on-one Private Drawing Lessons with Artist Cathe McNiel.
Music and Voice Classes
One-on-One lessons are offered in piano, voice and guitar.
Martial Arts Classes
A variety of classes from Kendo-Japanese Swordsmanship to Karate are held off site as well as at the Kent Commons.
Join us for delightful evening of cooking. All supplies are included and new recipes are introduced on a quarterly basis. We offer classes in Indian, Thai, Italian and Mediterranean.
From Weight Loss With Hypnosis to meditation, yoga, dog obedience and photography, we offer a wide variety of classes for participants 16 & older.
